Australian Sail Grand Prix Breaks TV Viewing Record
More than 20 million viewers tuned in for the 2025 Australian Sail Grand Prix in Sydney this season

The KPMG Australia Sail Grand Prix in Sydney had the highest-ever global TV audience for a SailGP event, it has been announced.
A total of 21.1 million worldwide viewers tuned in for the third event of Season Five of SailGP at the start of February – a record for the competition.
Viewers saw Emirates Great Britain triumph Down Under with NorthStar Canada taking second place and home team Australia completing the top three.
The next SailGP event is a first for the league as the fleet heads to South America for the first time for the Mubadala Brazil Sail Grand Prix in Rio de Janiero on the weekend of May 3-4.
